Online orders cannot be returned in any of our storefront locations. 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days of purchase as long as merchandise has all tags attached and has not been worn, washed or altered.  TheImpeccablePig.com does not refund shipping charges.

Pack and securely seal the box or package with the merchandise, and enclose a copy of your original receipt in the package. Send the package insured and prepaid to the following address:

Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. returns. We recommend that you insure the return packages that you send. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

Once your package has been received at TheImpeccablePig.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
