What is the return policy?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from theimpeccablepig.com, please let us know! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase as long as merchandise has all tags attached and has not been worn, washed or altered. TheImpeccablePig.com does not refund shipping charges.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Pack and securely seal the box or package with the merchandise and enclose a copy of your original receipt in the package. Make sure we have all of your information so that we may credit your account accordingly. Send the package insured and prepaid to the following address.

Sorry we do not accept C.O.D. returns. We recommend that you insure the return packages that you send. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at theimpeccablepig.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
